Buffalo logistics poor service.

Be careful of Temu and Buffalo logistics. Bought shoes and was promised they will be delivered between 16 and 28 April 2024. Paid and uploaded my proof of payment on 20 April 2024. Buffalo logistics keep sending massages that l should upload proof of payment which l have done more than 5 times. They call with an automated system which you can't even ask questions. When you send a whatsapp massage, they don't bother to reply. I sent emails with proof of payment attached but all they do is send sms demanding payment.

Bewarned not to buy items from ****mer like Temu. They advertise very good items but don't deliver. If Temu are genuinely in business to sell good items, there must do away with Buffalo logistics. Otherwise l am made to believe they are in partnership to dupe gullible customers.
