Buffalo Logistics Poor Service

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 15 May and they kept sending messages saying they called me but I did not answer. I've made numerous calls and sent as many emails requesting that they provide evidence that they either called me or actually came to my address as they are demanding more money before delivering my parcel. The company phone is NEVER answered and their other communication is automated, which is so frustrating. The only instance the phone was answered since 17 May, a lady promised to escalate my matter and have an agent call me within 24 hours. A week later I'm still waiting to speak to someone who will assure me that if I make the payment they will actually COME to my address to deliver and not just claim to have called me as they have not rep**** to my emails or the chats on their website. Meanwhile, my parcel is being held hostage and it makes me wonder how many other parcels have been hijacked in this manner.
