BUFFALO LOGISTICS POOR SERVICE
I have been using Buffalo since last year and they were delivering my items on time without any excuses, recently I have been waiting for my parcel since last of last week, the last driver by the name of Lunga Mthethwa just return with my parcel without calling me saying he couldn’t find my address. Even today I am still waiting for my parcel worth R1200. They ignore my WhatsApp messages. I used to trust Buffalo but currently they do not take customers serious
