Buffalo logistics poor customer service

Yho this company is the worst I wonder why Shein is still using them.I paid for customs and duty nothing has changed .At this point I wabt a refund from shein,Buffalo is just a bunch of mickey mouses very *********** trues to call many times they don't answer 🤮
