Buffalo Logistics please close your doors! Poor Service and rude employees

POOR POOR Service!!!!! My package was scheduled to be delivered by the 18th of October it is the 03 November and I made several phone calls, messages emails etc to Buffalo trying to find my package. No one gets back to you and if they do they are EXTREMELY RUDE! I have also informed Shein to never make use of them again!!!!

Please close your doors as you have no customer service
