Buffalo logistics payment issues

Hi ,I’ve been struggling immensely with Buffalo logistics. The package I’ve ordered has been sitting in transit for more than 2 weeks. They’ve requested that I pay the vat amount(which I did so), contacted me multiple times requesting that I pay for it. I’ve tried to upload the proof of payment on their payment web. And there still isn’t any progress. I’m deeply dissatisfied .Also I’ve tried messaging them on WhatsApp but their automated messages aren’t at all helpful
