BUFFALO LOGISTICS PATHETIC SERVICE - APOLOGIES - NO SERVICE!

I placed an online order with your full delivery details. I received an sms from Buffalo Logistics that my parcel is ready for collection at PAXI, Somerset West Vineyard - that is 170 km from where I live. WIth great difficulty I got hold of someone at Buffalo and they said they will re-route it to the correct PAXI depot. Two days later I received again an sms to say that I must collect before 6 Dec in Somerset West. The telephone numbers does not work, the answering services keep giving a whatsapp number as they respond "quickly" on that. The replies on the whatsapp is non-existent. The reviews on their website is horrible. Make sure if you order online, that BUFFALO LOGISTICS is not the courier/logistics company.
