Buffalo Logistics Pathetic

Extremely bad service. I received a sms that indicated that my package was delivered on Saturday at 17h14 to a person called Lee. I ran arround the whole weekend trying to get the package which I urgently needed. Monday I was told it was a mistake and that the package was in fact not delivered. This was after holding on for 15 minutes and the phoned dying on me once. They the said the package will be delivered on Wednesday. I duly got and SMS that the package was delivered. Again could not find the package in our complex. Phone 29 August 24, held on for 15 minutes to be told the driver scanned a wrong package and mine was not delivered. Phone was killed or died. Phoned again held on for 17 minutes music on hold went silent and nothing there after. ZI have been on the phone now for another 12 minutes and are fed up. My number is ***. BUFZA6VH09054KGYQ.
