Buffalo Logistics – Parcel falsely marked as delivered I placed an order on SHEIN on 15 December. Buffalo Logistics marked the parcel as delivered on 3 January to Hillside Mall. I immediately checked with mall security. They confirmed that no delivery was made, no parcel was received, and camera footage was reviewed with no courier delivery recorded. I contacted Buffalo on 4 January and was told the matter would be investigated. We specifically requested the driver’s vehicle number plate and were told it would be provided. It has now been 11 days with no update, no proof of delivery, no number plate, and no communication, yet the parcel is still marked as delivered. This is completely unacceptable. I am demanding full proof of delivery (driver details, vehicle number plate, GPS location, signature or photo). If Buffalo cannot provide this, the parcel must be declared undelivered and resolved immediately.
