BUFFALO LOGISTICS ORDER FROM SHEIN!!

BAD BAD SERVICE!! Very rude and call centre lady called Tracey puts the phone down in your ear when you ask her to locate your parcel that was delivered but not to MY address!! I lost my parcel that cost me a lot of money and they are not interested to assist, instead they throw the fone down in yur ear, how RUDE AND UNPROFFESSIONAL! Lost so much money this is **************** and its their driver who gives it to somebody else and they feel two hoots about their clients! They dont care because SHEIN uses BUFFALO LOGISTICS. PLEASE DONE BUY FROM SHEIN, BUFFALO LOGISTICS WILL NOT DELIVER TO YOU AND YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF MONEY! delivered to some helper who **** and said she is security, why did the driver not call me. Drove complete other way after security gave him directions. BAD SERVICE AND A BIG LOSS!!! Tracey at their call centre very rude! You will not get help and bear the loss of your purchase!
