Buffalo Logistics not responding to refund request

I am not happy with their service. On the 30th March I made a double payment for vat&duties because it kept on giving me an error message. I then called them but with no luck until on the 5th I got got of someone who provided me with a refund form. I submitted the refund form along with my bank statement to show the money I am requesting refund on. That email was never responded to till this day and their refund firm states it will take 2 to 5 days for the money to be refunded. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS!!! I want my money back ASAP.
