Buffalo Logistics NOT DELIVERING PACKAGES ON TIME

SHEIN please change the logistic company you are using... Buffalo Logistics is the worst. I ordered items off SHEIN previously and it was great. In November i ordered again and i received a message that my address is incomplete and my package was being returned. I called Buffalo International several times before getting ahold of someone that said that they jave too many orders and are outsourcing another courier comapny to help so they sent me that bogus message about an address that i previously used and got my package delivered from. The same thing has just happened again now!!!! I need my package delivered asap and i cant get a hold of anyone from Buffalo.. Their call centre number goes to different voice mail boxes that are full and just hang up. VERY DISSAPPOINTING SERVICE
