Buffalo Logistics - not at all SO GREAT
They are the worst delivery/courier company my husband has to deal with. From being excited on getting his delivery from Temu they have made sure he will never order a thing from Temu is he sees their name.
They cannot answer you when they phone you with a proper reason, their whatsapp is a robot and no information is given, you go on their portal and request speak to a human - what another useless exercise that is and not to mention if you email them.
Temu needs another company or start tapping in Buffalo's pockets for being useless in making sure you have customer satisfaction. They are making sure people will not order if they see BUFFALO's name
