Buffalo Logistics non existent service

Their service is pathetic honestly. They do not pick up calls, they do not respond to emails, the WhatsApp number no one responds. I paid for customs duty on the 24th of March and I still get calls to pay for customs duty. I have uploaded proof of payment I have even forgotten how many times. At this point I don’t even know what to do because I have tried everything. On Facebook they just ask you for your tracking number then that’s it, you will never hear from them again.
