Buffalo logistics must be stopped

I’ve ordered at SHEIN on 27th of November and still haven’t received my parcel it’s now the 17th of January I’ve called several times in December they’ve promised that they will deliver and they still didn’t I called on January they telling me different stories and the call centre agents are rude now they want me to pay for delivery mind due I’ve paid customs. Can someone help me get my parcel or refund?!!
