Buffalo Logistics Must Be Investigated – Still No Delivery

Buffalo Logistics claimed my parcel was delivered on 19 June 2025, but I never received it. I was later told the delivery failed and was forced to pay an extra R165. Since then, I’ve been given different stories. One moment they say the parcel is on the way, the next they claim it was ****** and they’re “recovering” it. None of their responses make sense and they keep changing the story. It’s now mid-July and I still haven’t received my package. This is unacceptable. I’ve reported the matter to the NCC and I believe Buffalo Logistics needs to be investigated. I want a full refund and answers. Avoid them!
