Buffalo logistics most pathetic company

If I could I would have given them 1 star. They fail to communicate. I phoned and an agent told me my parcel and proof of payment had been received. Since then the SMS messages did not stop, asking for proof of payment. I emailed it to them on their support site (which sucks)! I've tried their WhatsApp number where you only can speak to a Bot that repeats options you can choose, nothing else. The result is that my parcel has now been returned even after I've paid VAT and Duties. Never, ever., ever use this company. They are ***********, unhelpful and cannot give a damn about their clients' problems!
