Buffalo Logistics - Lost my paid items

So I place an order I think beginning of January with SHEIN. Order was due to be delivered from today, now I suddenly get a message saying that my parcel has been lost at the warehouse. Now the question is what happens to my money, the money I paid for the order R2000 and the money for Tax???

Buffalo is just failing us, especially after waiting for so long for my delivery. I need answers not to be sent from pillar to post

Unfortunately we are buying from SHEIN but they are using this company as their logistics company How does my order get lost in the warehouse!? I need all my money in that case. ASAP !
