Buffalo Logistics Late and Poor communication.

I ordered something on shein and it was delivered via buffalo logistics. First the delivered the order late and then claimed to have insufficient details about my address to deliver my package (which they only told me 5 days after it should’ve been delivered). Upon emailing and calling them I found no answers and no responses and some useless email about being at high volume this being unable to respond. I understand that many people are ordering now but it is ridiculous to deliver something 5 days late and only then decide that my information was insufficient. Extremely disappointed as I am going on holiday in 3 days and I needed the order now.
