Buffalo Logistics lack of communication and services

I have contacted Buffalo Logistics numerous times, by phone call, emails & WhatsApp's regarding the pick up of my parcel's which have to be returned to Shein. I am working on a time frame here, 10 days have passed. On the 24 March, I received the following message's from Buffolo Logistics acknowledging the returns to be picked up, which has up to date not happened.

1)International return order BUFEX***ZYQ.Token:0210Z.Please ensure the goods are securely packed.Courier will collect within 2 days.Keep this message as proof or return. 2) International return order BUFEX***ZYQ.Token:9759Z.Please ensure the goods are securely packed.Courier will collect within 2 days.Keep this message as proof of return

3) International return order BUFEX***ZYQ.Token:9310Z.Please ensure the goods are securely packed.Courier will collect within 2 days.Keep this message as proof or return.
