Buffalo Logistics - ****** items - no delivery - ****

Buffalo has had my parcel (I have paid import taxes) for over 2 months. They keep on updating hte site to say my parcel will be delivered the next day, but it's never delivered. I have tried to call (you can never get through)I have emailed them over 20 times, I have had the same "bot" response. There is not a human to speak to. I have contacted the company where I purchased the goods, however they say that they have confirmation (and have shown me the confirmation) that Buffalo do have my parcel.
