Buffalo Logistics is very unprofessional.

They keep on making me run around in circles in terms of when my package will be sent out. They have given me a tracking number that reflects nothing on the courier’s website because it says it is not on the system. My package has been in transit 32 days, it has been in the country for 2 weeks and it has been a week since paying customs. I have emailed and I have used WhatsApp to contact them. After firmly telling them I expect my package and that I am aware of how they sometimes do not deliver people’s packages to them, they have stopped responding to my communications. This company is very unprofessional and in a manner- very disrespectful, because they are keeping people’s items.
