Buffalo logistics is unreliable and bunch of ****s

Buffalo logistics is the worst ever. I logged a return with Shein on the 5th of December 2024. Waited forever for my package to be collected, followed up multiple times with their consultants and each time I was told to be patient as they're still arranging for collection. One month went by and all of a sudden, my return got cancelled, when I asked why, I was told the driver said there was nothing to collect which is a lie. How can the driver say there was nothing to collect when he never even came to pick up the parcel in the first place? All they could say via email was that I should log another return. How can I do that when Shein's policy is clear about the 30 day policy. I'm so disgusted with their service and lies!
