Buffalo logistics is trash

I was supposed to receive my order 2 weeks ago. Every time I try to call them, it’s either I am caller 300 and the line ends or I am told receiver nr100 is not available. What this company is doing is totally unacceptable. I really hope SHEIN changes their local courier company
