Buffalo Logistics is the worst

If I could give the trash company minus stars I would!!!

HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL OPERATIONAL???

I have never in my life come across a more *********** and an absolute disgrace of a company as I have with Buffalo Logistics, and that is quite an achievement in a country where bad customer service is the norm.

They never answer emails or whatsapps. They make you wait in a que forever only to drop calls on you when you finally reach the front. They even send orders out to the incorrect couriers, causing massive delays.

It is no wonder that they have thousands of negative reveiws. The fact that they still continue to operate like this, tells you everything you need to know about their integrity as a company.
