Buffalo logistics is the worst

Worst service ever recieved from a courier company. I ordered from Shein, they updated me regularly and dispatched my parcel within a few days. I tracked my parcel via Buffalo logistics and after a few days there were no further updates. After 3 full weeks of constant calling and emailing them did they finally acknowledge that my parcel was lost. Their agents are rude and unhelpful. Every time I called, multiple times a day they gave me different feedback sometimes the same agent would say the parcel is out on delivery only to inform me later in the day that its still at the warehouse at the airport. It was frustrating and stressful dealing with them. The amount of money I spent on calls was more than the value of the package ordered from Shein. I did receive my refund within 3 days of requesting it from Shein. Based on this experience I will never buy from Shein again. Unless they stop dealing with Buffalo Logistics..
