Buffalo Logistics is terrible!!!!!!

I made a Shein order on the 18th of March. It has been shipped and is "Scanned into depot" in a third party transit that I was not even informed of. They last gave me an update on the 27th of March. I still haven't any communication from them. I've sent emails, used their whatsapp line and tried calling them, and nothing works. I need my package by the 4th of April💔
