Buffalo Logistics is REFUSING TO DELIVER MY PARCEL! FIX IT!

UPDATE on the ongoing lack of service by Buffalo Logistics! Buffalo Logistics rep**** to my 1st review but NO ONE from their team has contacted me since the 16th of April 2024. They no interest in providing a service we pay for and it’s pathetic to say the least. The dishonesty and disregard for their customers is abhorring! Fix it deliver my parcel! It’s been over 2 weeks now. I have literally called almost everyday to follow up. On the 17th Kutlwano gave me another “escalation” reference BUF***. On the 18th l spoke to a Jonnetta^ who was extremely rude and dropped the phone on my ear. On the 18th and 19th l spoke to Gwazi who assured me that someone was going to contact me for delivery and NO-ONE did!On the 20th l spoke to Criselda^ who told me nothing has been done on my escalation and that she wouldn’t do anything either l must just “WAIT”

I placed my order on Shein on the 27 of March 2024. The order was received at the Buffalo warehouse on the 2nd of April. On the 3rd of April l got a notification that they had tried to deliver but l asked to reschedule. This was NOT TRUE, I never got a call from anyone regarding a delivery. I called Buffalo to find out what happened and they said my parcel has been dispatched and would be delivered within 48hour, I got an sms. I still have not received the parcel or any updates.

I have called daily since the 3rd of April 2024. Each time they told me my matter was escalated and will be delivered within 24-48 hours but no one has called me or delivered since the . I started taking the consultants’ names. On the 10th of April l spoke to Tebogo who said he had escalated and gave me BUF**********157 as a reference. On the 12th l spoke to Delean who said him and his manager were sending an email to the warehouse for the driver to pick up my parcel for delivery. On the 15th of April l spoke to Khaya and Chantel* they dropped the phone in my ear. Everytime l called l was made to wait for long periods before talking to anyone

I NEED MY PARCEL DELIVERED!!!!!!
