Buffalo logistics is not to be trusted

Absolutely pathetic service. Not trustworthy. ******** people. I have ordered on the 17 th of August, paid the duties, but up to date haven't received anything. Several e-mails, whats up messages have been sent, without success. Tried calling their office lines, but just go to voice mail. I eventually got an e mail back on Thursday, 23 of Sept, saying my parcel had been returned, because my address couldn't been found and I have to pay again for a delivery fee. I don't trust these people. They are ********.
