Buffalo logistics is not the same anymore And that gonna cost them their client

I would like to complain about buffalo logistics

Buffalo doesn't take us, their client serious..for an example my order has been stuck on Durban since on the 12th of November, and I realized that they are many people who complained about this on tick tock and some say that Buffalo doesn't call their client when they deliver, and they return the parcel which is wrong
