Buffalo Logistics is messing me around with delivery of Shein orders

I ordered goods online from Shein. Buffalo Logistics are the courier company handling the delivery of the order. I constantly get notifications that driver cant reach me and the package is returned. The courier driver NEVER attempted to call me on both occassions. I paid a lot of money for my orders and I am ****ed off at Buffalo Logistics' lies and ********* manner in which they conduct themselves. I dont even know if they are a reputable company and what the hell are they doing with our packages? Ive seen hundreds of people complain on their website about orders not being delivered???!!! Where are my orders Buffalo Logistics? What are you doing with our packages? Why are you so unreliable and unprofessional??? Are you even a real courier company???!!! I paid for your courier services ****it so please deliver my goods!!!
