Buffalo logistics is fooling around with me!

I have been calling buffalo logistics everyday since the 22nd of May 2022 regarding my parcel that I bought from shein. I get a new story everyday. Other days they tell me that my parcel is still stuck by airport and other days they telling me it’s been released. I am tired of how they play me for a fool and they always tell me they have escalated it but no one ever gets back to me.

I have paid a lot of money for that parcel.
