Buffalo Logistics is dishonest - they charge Import taxes on goods that does not qualify for Import taxes

I ordered and paid for goods worth R1200 from Shein and I was not supposed to pay any import tax. When the goods arrived in South Africa I started getting sms's and emails and phone calls (recorded messages) from Buffalo Logistics telling me to pay R118 import tax to prevent my goods from being returned or destroyed. Even though I PAID this R118, the sms's and email messages and phone calls kept coming daily for +/- 10 days - it felt like harassment. I tried their Whatsapp only number (no reply), their email help (no reply) and I then phoned their land line (got a voice recording reply untill I got cut off after it said the "voice mailbox was full"). Buffalo Logistics basically hold a person's goods as ransom untill you pay the so-called import tax and untill they decide when they can verify payment! This is the ultimate dishonest way that this ********* business is making money. Unbelievable!! Only in South Africa!
