Buffalo logistics is damn ***********

For such a big company they’re so ***********. I got an email stating that my package has been delivered however I have not received it. The delivery person didn’t even try to contact me. I’ve tried calling and using their WhatsApp line and all I’m getting is automated replies- how useless. I’m so annoyed
