Buffalo Logistics is bad

I order from Shein on the 28th of November and my parcel was expected to come between the 21st to the 23 of December, everything with Shein was smooth and quick the problem started when my parcel was transferred to the Buffalo logistics till today I’m still waiting on my order , every time when I call they tell me my parcel is in dispatch and it should be delivered or they tell me that my parcel is with a certain courier

“ We are trying our best to urge the transit for you, please wait for your parcel patiently.” - This has been they response ever since
