Buffalo logistics is are ****mers, I want my money

Last year August a driver collected a return parcel from me, after that no communication from Buffalo. I called them to follow up and they told me driver was hijacked on his was to the depot. Buffalo told me they will refund me since the goods did not reach the supplier (Temu). Till to date no refund, Every time I call they tell me they are investigating the matter.
