Buffalo logistics is absolutely terrible

The service is absolutely terrible, I have been sending emails with no response, I have been calling and have the call dropped EVERY TIME, I use the business WhatsApp with this going as unread. How does one get any information if this is the case. Absolutely TERRIBLE
