Buffalo Logistics is a nightmare - useless courier company!

Wow - this says something about a company when you have 2 767 one star reviews and only 158 five star reviews!! My order arrived in Sa on the 28th March, paid the tax and it passed through customs in 2 hours on the 1st May (a public holiday - go SA customs!!) . On the 4th of April it arrived in the Buffalo aiport warehouse and then on the 7th April the tracking says it is in accelerated transport and then NOTHING!!!! 3 weeks later and I still have no update, no parcel, no communication from Buffalo Logistics. And try get hold of them for feedback - that's a joke - no response from wattsapps or emails and the agent on the customer care line can do nothing but send on to escalation services. And then she put the phone down on me! So no help there! I will NEVER buy from any company that uses Buffalo logistics again! Sadly all the clothes I bought for my granddaughter are now not going to get to me in time to take them to her when I go visit!
