Buffalo logistics is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered from Shein on the 10 August 2021, my parcel arrived in Johannesburg on the 16 August 2021. on 20 August 2021 it was scanned at the warehouse and after that it went dead quiet, when i call them they always tell me they have sent an email to the warehouse Manager he is no replying!!!!
