Buffalo Logistics is a ****m!!!!!
I placed an order with Shein Buffalo sent a message saying order will be delivered in the next 2 days the evening after receiving the message I get a text saying they tried to contact me and were not successful the order is being sent back. Few hours later the order is already under “Transit to 3rd party Express”. I have been trying to call them and it’s been a useless exercise the phone keeps cutting after holding for so long. Nobody picks up.

03 Aug 2023, 12:19My parcel got delivered today. Their communication process needs to be reviewed. The third party courier they used was better cause I knew exactly what was going on. They called and had no issues with my address given.
