Buffalo Logistics is a ****

Buffalo Logistics is a ****...they never respond their phones never work...and their Vat and duty are extremely high...I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 2 weeks now paid Vat and duty but they sent me an email asking me to pay...I have sent proof of payment I have sent countless emails but no response or acknowledgement...I am so frustrated at this point. What's worse they keep calling at odd hours and when you answer its an automated machine asking me to pay duty that I already sent proof of payment and also uploaded it on the link I am not sure if it's a delay tactic or what but I need answers
