Buffalo logistics is a ****

I bought clothes in May from shein. My parcel was on my way to me for delivery only to get an email saying the driver was hijacked. Shein refunded me but buffalo has been quite ever since. I tried million times to make contact. They keep asking for refund form and statement and I provided those. Still today no money was refunded and no positive communication from the company. Refund me my money please. You are quick to want your money to clear customers but it takes months 5o refund a mere r100+.
