Buffulo logistics is ****ming people and charging excessive amounts for customs duty. They only provide a proforma invoice (which is an estimation) not a TAX invoice of the customs and VAT paid and expect you to pay the amount. I ordered on shein for about R1400 and customs amounted to R404 which is an absolute **** because my previous order was about R1800 and I only paid R273 in customs. On top of that their customer service sucks, they do not respond to emails and you hold on the line forever only for the call to drop without even speaking to a consultant.
