BUFFALO LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL BAD SERVICE....

I placed my order with Shein on the 23 February 2024 Buffalo logistics has been sitting with my parcel since the 1 March 2024 on the 22 March 2024 it says they attempted to deliver and I can assure you no one came and no one has delivered. I have been trying to contact them via email live chat whatsapp customer support every way possible to no avail. No one gets back to me even after the auto reply says they will contact you in 24 hours. I have never in my life received such bad service. I fail to understand why Shein still uses this carrier.
