Buffalo Logistics International and South Africa atrocious service

The service with the South African staff is atrocious. There are no senior staff to speak to. I ordered products from Temu which showed as delivered on Wednesday but never received. My products were meant as a gift and I do not have it to give and told to wait for escalation after sitting waiting on the phone for over a hour to get through. This is totally unacceptable
