I requested for a return and refund for my order on the 08th of October 2023 and i received an email stating i would receive a call within 2 business working days to arrange a pickup , it’s been 4 days no one has called or communicated with me . When you call them on *** the consultants drop your calls , they don’t respond to emails either . As a regular customer I’m DISGUSTED BY THIS BULL**** OF SERVICE.
