Buffalo logistics inconvenience

Poor customer service ,I was supposed to receive my order from Shein earlier this week till now nothing . Imagine they just told me I should be patient because my order will be delayed by a week.I think they need to temporarily shutdown and fix their issues and let other companies do their work because they are inconveniencing us.
