Buffalo logistics incompetency

I ordered on SHEIN on the 2nd of May , paid customs on the 6th of May . On the 13th of May it was updated that the address and call were unreachable and my parcel was taken back. I am beyond livid because I did not receive any call 😭😭😭💔. This was my first time ordering on SHEIN and I hated the experience because of BUFFALO LOGISTICS and FAST WAY courier service 😭💔they ruined my birthday.
