Buffalo logistics incompetency

I have been waiting for my order from shein for 2 months , when I call they tell me my order is stuck at their warehouse and they don’t know why. No one is giving me a clear answer or explanation as to when I will receive my order , they have promised to escalate the matter and get back to me and broke that promise. I call every week for full 8 weeks now but I still don’t have a clear solution
