Buffalo logistics incompetence

Most *********** company I have ever had to deal with. My parcel has been with them for more than 3weeks after being cleared from customs and yet they fail to deliver (I live 30km from their airport warehouse). Call centre agents and manager at the PTA DC are clueless and rude. Worst logistics company ever.
